Pursue your passion for brewing. Learn how to produce quality craft beers, pale ales and dark ales. Learn different brewing techniques, the fermentation process, how to bottle and keg your beer, as well as best practices for hygiene and sanitation.
During this course you'll learn to:
Use different brewing systems such as a Grainfather, Brew in a Bag (BIAB), 3 vessel brewing system and Guten automatic brewing system
Chill and transfer your brew into a fermenter
Hot-brick pack your brew
Dry-hop your beer and transfer it into a bright tank
Bulk-prime and gas-prime your beer
Bottle your beer and transfer it into a keg
