Becoming a TAFE NSW supplier

Our procurement team works with external suppliers and across all of TAFE NSW.

Together, we aim to deliver outcomes for the organisation, students and the community that are:

• innovative

• sustainable

• cost-effective.

A supplier is an individual or an organisation that provides goods, services or equipment necessary to support TAFE NSW’s operations and programs.

Suppliers may include:

• companies offering educational materials and IT equipment, and

• service providers handling maintenance, consulting or other key functions.

Suppliers play an important role in ensuring TAFE NSW has the resources needed to support students and deliver programs to communities.

To become a supplier for TAFE NSW, you’ll need to register on the SAP Ariba platform. Here you can access tender opportunities and manage your transactions.

Suppliers must also meet compliance requirements and maintain up-to-date information if they want to stay informed about relevant opportunities.

This help us to:

• process payments faster

• track orders and payments in real-time

• offer suppliers access to tender opportunities.

Use the TAFE NSW Ariba Network Supplier Training resource to:

• Create your Ariba account

• Register for a Purchase Order

• Register from a Trading Relationship Request

• Access Ariba support without an account

Use the TAFE NSW Ariba Network Certificate Management resource to:

• Complete the certificate management questionnaire, and

• To complete the Contract Performance Survey
