    Entry requirements

    This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol

    • To be eligible for the advanced entry and 6 month delivery of this course, you must have completed one of the following as evidenced by a transcript or certificate:

    • SIT30122 - Certificate III in Tourism or equivalent

    • SIT30222 - Certificate III in Travel or equivalent

    • SIT40122 - Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism or equivalent

    Entry recommendations

    To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

    • Access to a computer and internet

    • A passion for culture and travel

    • The ability to communicate and work well with others

    • Attention to detail

    • An aptitude for management and leadership

    • Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 12 high school level

    Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 23 units of competency, including 13 core and 10 speciality units.

    Please note, not all specialty units are offered at every TAFE NSW location. It is highly recommended that you check with your preferred campus for information about the specialty units offered at that location.
