    Learning outcomes

    Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

    • Organise and prepare hardware components for installation

    • Install hardware

    • Assess what standard operating environments an organisation is using

    • Evaluate and apply standard operating environments (SOEs) methods to suit the needs of an organisation

    • Identify common ICT hardware problems, and learn to prevent them

    • Run system diagnostics, monitoring for issues and removing viruses

    • A nationally accredited Statement of Attainment
