Our courses at the Australian Patisserie Academy are highly regarded within the industry for specialised training. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon completion. If you're seeking a nationally recognised certification or formal qualification, explore TAFE NSW’s certificate and diploma programs in baking and patisserie. International students and temporary visa holders are welcome to study at our academy.
