    The Australian Patisserie Academy was established at the vibrant hospitality hub of TAFE NSW Ryde Campus. We are a specialist training centre for hobbyists, food enthusiasts and professionals who love the culinary arts.

    Founded in 2014, the Australian Patisserie Academy provides a platform to learn, in person, from a variety of highly experienced Australian and International pastry chefs.

    With decades of combined experience, our teachers bring real-world knowledge and techniques straight from the top kitchens.

    About our courses

    Our courses at the Australian Patisserie Academy are highly regarded within the industry for specialised training. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon completion. If you're seeking a nationally recognised certification or formal qualification, explore TAFE NSW’s certificate and diploma programs in baking and patisserie. International students and temporary visa holders are welcome to study at our academy.
