    TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence

    To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is establishing the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. Launching with Advanced Manufacturing in Western Sydney, the TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.

    TAFE NSW Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellence – Western Sydney

    TAFE NSW Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellence - Western Sydney, will be located at Wetherill Park campus and offer industry-focused education in engineering, transport and renewable industries through Higher Apprenticeships, Microskills, and Microcredentials. Designed to fast-track training in manufacturing skills, the CoE program aligns with existing TAFE NSW pathways, providing industry-relevant skills and focusing on attracting and retaining talent, including women and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
