Blue Mountains - Wentworth Falls
The TAFE NSW Wentworth Falls campus is situated on the traditional lands or Ngurra (meaning Country) of the Dharug and Gundungurra peoples.
Wentworth Falls is one of several villages within the Blue Mountains local government area. Together they comprise a city within the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. The broader region west of Sydney consists of a million hectares of sandstone plateaux, escarpments and gorges dominated by temperate eucalypt forest. The Blue Mountains area is renowned for its biodiversity, Aboriginal significance, and stunning landscapes.
TAFE NSW Wentworth Falls campus is close to the village and railway station. On campus you will find a horticulture industry Centre of Excellence featuring landscaped gardens and a nursery. It also has hospitality front-of-house facilities, and an industry-standard commercial training kitchen that supplies TAFE NSW’s ‘Elevation 867’ training restaurant. Courses in Information Technology (IT) are supported by a simulated industry standard hub centre. The campus also has a climbing wall and is a location for courses in outdoor leadership, conservation and ecosystem management.
