    • Creative Spaces: Art studios, theatrettes, and boardrooms.

    • Culinary Facilities: Fully equipped kitchens, cafés, and restaurants.

Short Term Facility Hire

Perfect for one-off events, workshops, or temporary projects, our facilities are available for bookings that last up to 12 months. Ideal for those needing flexible, accessible site options.

Important Booking Information:

  • Lead Time Requirement: TAFE NSW cannot accommodate hire requests made within a minimum of 20 business days' notice.
  • 2024 Bookings Closed: We are no longer accepting booking requests for the remainder of 2024.
  • Holiday Closure: No facility hire bookings will be available or accepted during our block-out period from Monday, 16 December 2024, to Sunday, 12 January 2025. Additionally, TAFE NSW will be closed from Monday, 23 December 2024, and will reopen on Monday, 6 January 2025.
  • Early 2025 Bookings: Hire requests for the week commencing Monday, 13 January 2025, must be submitted by Sunday, 24 November 2024.
  • Compliance Documentation Required: Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance ($20 million), Risk Assessment, and any other hire specific documentation (e.g., traffic plan, liquor licence, filming schedule & plan, food safety certification).
