TAFE NSW partnered with Central West's local communities, government, and industry to address their unique needs. Our joint efforts focused on equipping individuals facing intergenerational unemployment with the skills necessary to secure employment generated by regional infrastructure projects.

This successful partnership between BlueScope and TAFE NSW is key to the ongoing development of a well trained workforce. TAFE NSW’s programs equip employees with the latest skills and knowledge through upskilling and specialised industry training.
The Tweed Valley Hospital offers TAFE NSW a chance to work with other higher education institutions in the Northern NSW Academic Health Alliance. The hub supports vocational and higher education training and research, for students and hospital staff.
TAFE NSW and UTS partnered to establish the Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Fashion and Textiles. The initiative aims to grow the fashion industry’s capacity for sustainability through knowledge sharing, innovation, networking and advocacy.
TAFE NSW and Hawkeye Publishing’s partnership preserves and promotes Aboriginal languages in NSW. The translation of children's books into different languages, offered digitally, improves teaching resources and actively celebrates Aboriginal Culture.
