    • Before beginning this course, you must be available to attend an interview to determine whether this course is right for you. You'll be interviewed by a specialist teacher in Foundation Skills and Languages at your preferred campus and a staff member will help you enrol online.

    To be prepared for this course, we recommend you have:

    • An interest in discovering better ways to learn and improve your reading and writing skills

    • A positive mindset to develop confidence communicating with people at work, over the phone and in everyday life

    • Enthusiasm to develop your digital technology, numeracy and maths skills

    • A commitment to attend as many sessions as possible and practise skills outside of a classroom setting
