    • Terminate a tenancy, including outgoing inspections

    Our graduates go onto roles like: assistant real estate agent, property manager, real estate representative, property portfolio officer with the Statement of Attainment in Real Estate Practice (Assistant Agent), or real estate agent with the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

    Licensing

    All new entrants to the real estate industry need to hold a certificate of registration before they are able to upgrade to a Class 2 real estate agent licence. A Class 2 real estate agent licence enables you to conduct real estate sales or provide property management services in NSW. You need to complete part of the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice to be eligible to apply for your certificate of registration. After satisfying the qualifying experience period, you will become eligible to apply for your Class 2 real estate agent licence in NSW. Visit NSW Fair Trading to learn more about the specific requirements you need to meet to gain a Class 2 licence. Your teacher will be able to provide additional information during your studies.
