To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

Reached at least 17 years of age so you are able to work in the industry serving alcohol at the completion of your course after you turn 18

RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) is the mandatory training unit required to provide responsible gambling services in NSW. TTAFE NSW is approved by Liquor and Gaming NSW to deliver RSA, RCG, ARCG and Licensee/Advanced Licensee courses. Following successful completion of the Statement of Attainment in Provide Responsible Gambling Services at TAFE NSW, you are eligible to receive your interim certificate. OneGov will send you an SMS with a link to Service NSW. Follow the link to guide you through your request and be issued with your Responsible Conduct Gambling (RCG) interim certificate. You will then need to present the interim certificate at Service NSW with 100 points of ID within three months to receive your RCG competency card. ##Recognition of NSW RCG competency in other jurisdictions:## Legislative requirements differ across borders. Check with the relevant state or territory authority to see if your NSW RCG competency is recognised.
