    Entry requirements

    This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol

      • That you have completed a Diploma or an Advanced Diploma or an equivalent qualification in a related area, as evidenced by a copy of your transcript
      • That you have at least two years of full-time work experience in an operational or leadership role, evidenced by a copy of your resume and a letter from your employer/s outlining your experience

    • The ability to effectively apply initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions

    • The cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources

    • The ability to apply creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems

    • A clear understanding of your accountability for personal and team outcomes

    • Access to a strong and stable internet connection as part of this course is offered via online learning

    • The ability to access and navigate the internet and use Microsoft Office suite

    Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 10 Units of competency, including 5 core and 5 speciality units.
