    Take a step up the career ladder and be prepared for advanced leadership roles when you study the Graduate Certificate in Leadership. Develop your leadership skills, learn to manage organisational change and learn how to motive others to improve individual and team performance. You’ll also get an insight into your own leadership style and how you can use this to create successful, high performing team environments.

    This course is taught by industry experts and focuses on developing transformational leaders who can deliver the strategic vision of an organisation while supporting the professional development of the teams they lead.

    Entry requirements

    This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol

    You must demonstrate that you have achieved one of the following:

    • A bachelor’s degree, or associate degree as evidenced by a certified copy of your certificate or transcript or

    • Diploma level or higher vocational qualification PLUS two years relevant work experience as evidenced by a certified copy of your transcript, certificate and resume or

    • A minimum of two years relevant work experience PLUS evidence of the potential to undertake academic learning at post-graduate level as evidenced by a copy of your resume

    Note:

    • Your certificates, transcripts and other entry requirement evidence must be certified through a Justice of the Peace or other authorising officer

    Entry recommendations

    To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

    • The desire to move into managerial, leadership and supervisory roles

    • Prior experience in a leadership role or the wish to undertake leadership development

    • Computer and digital literacy and the ability to access the internet

    • A camera, microphone and headset to participate in online classes

    You do not require an ATAR score for entry into this course.
