During this course you'll learn to:
Create surface patterns for a range of products and materials including textiles, wallpaper, home decor, ceramics and packaging
Understand the principle of design, including colour theory and composition
Apply illustration techniques to create unique pattern motifs
Use industry software to create patterns, and gain a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
