Completed a Certificate III and/or IV in a related field
12-18 months experience working or are currently employed in the logistics industry
Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 10 high school level

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in International Freight Forwarding (Senior Operator) qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 11 Units of competency, including 6 core and 5 speciality units.
