Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

Swimwear appropriate for vigorous exercise
Participated in three aqua fitness classes before you begin the course
Some experience in performing basic water rescue drills at your place of employment

You must have current first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification to work in the fitness industry, and any other health checks or certifications your employer requires.
