Personal protective equipment including a laboratory coat, safety glasses/goggles and fully enclosed, low heeled, water repellent shoes

Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 12 high school level

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Food Science and Technology qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 20 units of competency, including 8 core and 12 speciality units.
