During this course you'll learn to:
Explore the history of Auslan and the culture of the Deaf Community
Finger spell the alphabet and count
Sign familiar and routine subjects such as introductions, basic personal information, colours and animals
You'll leave this course with:
A Certificate of Attendance
Knowledge of the Auslan signs for introductions and basic personal information
An understanding of the cultural values and protocols of the Deaf Community, and how to become a helpful member within this community
Strong pathways to continue your studies and enhance your career opportunities
