    Entry requirements

    Some courses require evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol

    • Relevant experience as evidenced by your resume or a letter from your employer, or

    • Completion of an introductory coffee making course as evidenced by your certificate, or

    • Completion of the unit, SITHFAB005 or SITHFAB025 (Prepare and serve espresso coffee) or any of its equivalents

    • The ability to stand for long periods of time
