Completed your Higher School Certificate or equivalent level of study OR
Completed a Certificate III in Business OR
Approximately 2 years' relevant work experience in the industry
Confidence in creating and managing multiple files across the Microsoft Office suite, such as combining information using Excel spreadsheets and Word documents

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Business (Operations) qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 12 units of competency, including 6 core and 6 speciality units.
