Completing this course provides you with the mandatory safety training to access construction sites. You will also be able to apply for your white card or general induction card with SafeWork NSW. Gain safety skills you can apply to various trades.
Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:
Fit personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate for certain tasks
Identify common site hazards in a workplace
Identify safety signs and symbols
Follow procedures for responding to incidents and reporting hazards, incidents and injuries
Recognise the importance of maintaining a safe environment at a workplace
Gain practical experience and develop specialist skills that give you an advantage in the job market.

This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol
100 points of ID proving that you are over 14 years of age and have an address in NSW

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a white card. A white card (or general construction induction card) is required for any worker who needs to access a construction site.
