Experience in a range of work environments in senior support roles
Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection

Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 12 high school level

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Diploma of Business (Operations) qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 12 Units of competency, including 5 core and 7 speciality units.
