    • A year of prior experience in creating music of some kind. Students may consult with their teachers at the beginning of the course to determine their experience levels.

    • An interest in music technology

    • Access to a personal computer, software like Microsoft Office and the internet, as some elements of this course are delivered online. This may be available at a campus library

    • Availability to potentially attend rehearsals, functions, and live performances outside of class hours, including evenings and weekends
