    Learning outcomes

    During this course you'll learn to:

    • Hand-temper chocolate decorations and garnishes

    • Create smooth Italian meringue macarons by styling, piping, colouring and flavouring

    • Work with vegan pâte sucrée, pâte sable crumble and a variety of fillings to create tarts and tartlets

    • Work with variety of entremet elements including, jaconde sponge, vanilla bean mousse, almond praline and vanilla crème brulee

    • A macaron tower, tarts and tartlets and a detailed recipe book to take home with you
