Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:
Develop and refine a range of innovative business and leadership strategies
Research and evaluate leadership approaches and develop skills to critically assess leadership issues
Use high-level communication skills to clearly convey ideas and intentions
Design tailored mentoring and coaching tools for organisational use
Review and critique organisational policies

This course has been accredited by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA)
This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol
A bachelor’s degree, or associate degree as evidenced by a certified copy of your certificate or transcript or
Diploma level or higher vocational qualification PLUS two years relevant work experience as evidenced by a certified copy of your transcript, certificate and resume or
A minimum of two years relevant work experience PLUS evidence of the potential to undertake academic learning at post-graduate level as evidenced by a copy of your resume
Your certificates, transcripts and other entry requirement evidence must be certified through a Justice of the Peace or other authorising officer

The desire to move into managerial, leadership and supervisory roles
Prior experience in a leadership role or the wish to undertake leadership development
Computer and digital literacy and the ability to access the internet
A camera, microphone and headset to participate in online classes
You do not require an ATAR score for entry into this course.
