To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:
Completed your Higher School Certificate or equivalent level of study or
Completed a Certificate III in Business or
Approximately 2 years' relevant work experience in industry
Confidence in creating and managing multiple files across the Microsoft Office suite, such as compiling information using Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
Keyboard skills
Time management and organisational skills

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Business qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 12 units of competency, including 6 core and 6 speciality units.
Please note, not all specialty units are offered at every TAFE NSW location. It is highly recommended that you check with your preferred campus for information about the specialty units offered at that location.
