    Entry recommendations

    To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

    • Completed your Higher School Certificate or equivalent level of study or

    • Completed a Certificate III in Business or

    • Approximately 2 years' relevant work experience in industry

    • Confidence in creating and managing multiple files across the Microsoft Office suite, such as compiling information using Excel spreadsheets and Word documents

    • Keyboard skills

    • Time management and organisational skills

    Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Business (Administration) qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 12 Units of competency, including 6 core and 6 speciality units.
