    • Successful completion of a Certificate III in Surveying and Spatial Information or equivalent work experience, as evidenced through either an academic transcript or cover letter

    Entry recommendations

    To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

    • Access to PPE such as steel cap boots, long-sleeve fluoro shirt, wide-brimmed sunhat and long pants. Your teacher will advise you if and when this is required

    • Access to a computer for study

    • Working knowledge of computers and software

    • A keen interest in working outdoors

    • A reasonable level of fitness to undertake routine work tasks in the field

    • Some experience in the surveying industry

    • Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 10 high school level
