    Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

    • Explore the user experience (UX) design process, including research, design thinking, collaboration, user personas and user journeys

    • Navigate the user interface (UI) design process, including wireframes, look and feel, prototyping, user testing and optimisation

    • Use Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD

    Entry requirements

    This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol

    • Successful completion of the Statement of Attainment in Introduction to Graphic Design Skills, or

    • Equivalent portfolio of evidence to demonstrate a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

    Entry recommendations

    To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

    • A professional interest in learning about user experience and user interface design

    • An interest in learning Adobe XD

    • Reading and writing skills to at least Year 10 level
