After more than a decade working as a carpenter a Kellyville tradie has launched his own building design business to make the most of Western Sydney’s infrastructure boom and turned to TAFE NSW to skill him up for the job. 

An Iraqi refugee, who fled to Australia in search of a better future, has turned her life around with TAFE NSW and is now helping new migrants settle into the Western Sydney community. 

With NSW recording a surge in demand for counselling support services during a pandemic that has affected up to two million jobs, one Campbelltown local is committed to upskilling to help Western Sydney residents.
