Disclaimer: This article is not CPR or first aid advice. It’s just to get you thinking about a course. That doesn’t make it untrue. That makes it ‘Marketing’.
CPR is performed at 100-120 compressions per minute. You’ll be doing pretty much two compressions every second.
The depth of compressions depends on whether you're giving it to adults or babies, but the timing stays the same.
Anyway, here’s 10 songs. Five of these songs are between 100 and 120 beats per minute (BPM). Five are slower than 100 BPMs. Rank them in order from fastest to slowest (most BPMs to fewest).
Answers are at the bottom of the article. We've put in a picture just to make the article longer so you can't see the answers.
Also, if you actually want to learn to do CPR or First-Aid safely, try a short course at TAFE NSW. You may be able to study online.
(If you loved the music quiz, consider a music or sound production course.)
