The Certificate IV in Information Technology (Programming) gives you the necessary skills to become an integral part of the global digital revolution.

In this course, you will develop a range of programming skills to create technical documents, write scripts for applications, use common programming languages, build a user interface and test applications. You’ll also gain an understanding of mobile development using the React Native environment that is used to develop mobile applications.

Additional Requirements:

Applicants seeking direct entry into Certificate IV in Information Technology (Programming) are required to demonstrate the ability to apply language syntax and control structures to create code, use programming standards and test and debug codes. These can be demonstrated by:

• Prior completion of Certificate III in Information Technology (Programming) or
• Prior completion of other relevant qualifications or work experience.
  
  These students may be required to attend an Interview. The interview will be conducted online using Microsoft Teams
  
  
• Applicants who do not have the above stated qualification or experience will be required to study Certificate III in Information Technology (Programming) as a pre-requisite and will be issued with a package offer.
