For domestic students, start your study journey here.
A TAFE NSW Articulation Program means your students can begin their studies without travelling abroad, and complete the course at a TAFE NSW campus in Australia.
An Articulation Program is a pre-arranged agreement between your organisation and TAFE NSW. With an Articulation Program, overseas curricular is assessed against the Australian Regulatory Standards to minimise overlap in course content.
Students already demonstrating competency in units that have been assessed against these Standards will be able to complete the course faster. They can commence study in their home country and move easily into a TAFE NSW higher education or Vocational Education and Training (VET) course.
Students have the opportunity to:
start studies in their home country
simplify the process into a TAFE NSW course
minimise costs to their study program
experience living in another country
benefit from Australia's education system, and
return home with an Australian nationally recognised qualification.
Participating in an Articulation Program offers students a chance to expand their global network and gain a valuable international experience.
In 2024, TAFE NSW partnered with Dongguan Polytechnic in China. This Articulation Program enables both institutions to co-deliver the TAFE NSW Diploma of Accounting.
This program allows students:
to gain cost-effective access to an Australian qualification
to graduate with dual qualifications, and
to access a pathway to further study with a Bachelor of Commerce at TAFE NSW in Australia.
This program provides an opportunity for Dongguan Polytechnic to offer their students access to a TAFE NSW industry-led education and an international experience.
