    Prepare yourself for a future in civil construction projects and workforces with the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design. This course will mimic real world civil construction responsibilities, ensuring you graduate with a strong insight into the daily activities involved in civil construction.

    This course will teach you to perform tasks that are broad, specialised, complex and technical in nature. You will learn to be responsible for the design of complex projects and to demonstrate the self-directed application of theoretical and technical knowledge. You will graduate confident in your ability to initiate solutions to technical problems and management or client requirements.

    Additional costs

    Additional costs for uniforms, equipment, textbooks and materials (if applicable) range from $300 - $1,000 AUD per course.



    Structure and unitsWhat you will study

    At the start of your course, you will receive your timetable. You will need to study all core units and a range of additional units.


    The following provides the packaging rules for this qualification, followed by the list of relevant units of competency. Total number of units = 12 5 core units plus 7 elective units, of which at least two (2) must be chosen from Group A at least three (3) must be chosen from Group B no more than two (2) units from elsewhere within this training package, or from another endorsed training package, or from an accredited course.
