Are you studying at TAFE NSW in the Hunter or Central Coast regions this year?

You could be eligible for a Hunter TAFE Foundation scholarship if you are experiencing personal or financial challenges that affect your studies. Whether you are already enrolled or ready to start a new course, a scholarship can help with costs and let you focus on what matters.

Each scholarship is valued at $500. The scholarships are divided into four categories:

    • Mature Age Student Encouragement Award (35 years or older)
    • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Encouragement Award
    • Kaiyu Mental Health Encouragement Award
    • Student Encouragement Award (under 35 years)

You can apply for more than one category if you meet the eligibility guidelines.

Applications for the Hunter TAFE Foundation scholarships close at 5 pm (AEDT) Friday, 20 March 2026.
