If you want to learn about fabrication without committing to a welding apprenticeship, this short course is the perfect place to start. Learn basic fabrication hand skills and gain the experience to safely use power and hand tools at home.

During this course you'll learn to:
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with metal tools and equipment
Cut and shape metal using various tools and techniques including saws and grinders
Understand basic metal properties including strength, hardness, and ductility
Bend and form metal using specialised equipment including press brakes
Grind and finish metal to achieve a smooth, polished surface
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create metal components or structures
